• Registration and workshop information: the workshops you sign up for, whether you attend, and anything you submit on our forms.

• Transaction information: purchases made through our checkout. Our payment processor handles payment, and we do not store full card numbers.

• Send the messages you asked for, and market our workshops, products, and services by text and email where you have agreed.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as email, hosting, analytics, scheduling, and payment providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• Authorities and advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• A successor, if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we send text messages about our workshops and services, including reminders, notices when a session goes live, checkout links, offers, and news. We use your mobile number to send these messages, to market our workshops, products, and services, and to provide related support. A messaging platform and mobile carriers deliver the texts. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep our site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. We keep a record of your text opt-in and opt-out so we can honor your choices.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes where the law requires.
