For independent insurance agencies

Your agency runs through one inbox. It doesn't have to.

Your software is fine. Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, the carrier portals — all of it does its job. What nobody built is the part between them, so that part gets done by an account manager, by hand, one request at a time.

What the data points to

Your inbox is doing three jobs it was never designed for.

Requests get queued in it, client information gets stored in it, and handoffs get triggered from it. Email has none of the properties those uses need: no ordering, no schema, no state. None of what follows requires a license. All of it lands on your account managers, the people you can least afford to lose and hardest to hire.

If any of this sounds familiar, the free session below covers how to start fixing it yourself.

01

The inbox

Certificate requests, policy changes, renewal questions, and submissions all arrive in the same place. Someone reads each one, decides what it is, and routes it by hand.

02

Certificates by hand

A contractor needs a cert to get on site tomorrow. Someone finds the policy, checks the additional-insured language, builds the certificate, sends it, and logs it. Every one is a small interruption.

03

Submissions, keyed twice

The same insured data gets typed into the AMS, then again into each carrier portal. Nothing checks that the two agree.

04

Renewals, assembled in spreadsheets

Dec pages, loss runs, and last year's notes get stitched together by hand, ahead of every renewal, in a tracker that sits outside your AMS.

05

Loss runs and follow-up, by memory

Requests go out, replies trickle in, and the only system tracking what's still outstanding is whoever sent them.

What we own

Build or buy is implementation. The judgment is the job.

A vendor sells you the thing they make. We decide what your agency actually needs and then stand behind that call. Sometimes we build it. Sometimes it's the AI already inside your AMS, finally turned on and set up around how you work. Sometimes it's changing how the day is sequenced and buying nothing. You'll know which before you spend a dollar. Nothing goes to a client or a carrier without your team's approval, and every action is logged.

Nothing writes to your AMS until you've seen it work.

We start read-only and work in roughly four-week phases, one workflow at a time. The more runway, the more we get through.

FAQ

What owners usually ask.

Are you going to make us move off Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or EZLynx?

No. You keep your AMS, your rater, your carrier connections, and the workflows your team already knows. We build what closes the gap between them instead.

Doesn't Applied or Vertafore already do this?

Partly, and it's getting better. Both are shipping AI inside their systems. If yours already covers a problem on this page, we'll tell you plainly and help you turn it on instead of building around it. We work on what's left: the email-driven work, the carrier-by-carrier gaps, and the pieces your AMS doesn't reach.

What about E&O and our clients' data?

It's the first thing we design around. Nothing leaves your agency without a person approving it, every action is logged, and each build comes with a one-page AI use policy your team can adopt. We'll walk you through where data goes, what's retained, and what we can answer for a carrier's vendor questionnaire.

What size agency is this actually for?

Most of what's on this page shows up in agencies of roughly ten to fifty people with a meaningful commercial book, especially contractors and trades. Tell us where you sit and we'll say plainly whether this fits.

What's the first thing you'd look at?

Usually the inbox, or certificates if your contractor clients are driving volume. That's where the hours disappear fastest, and the fix doesn't require changing your AMS. We'll ask for your staff count and how many certificate and submission requests you handle in a typical week, and send back what that work actually costs. About ten minutes on your end.

Where to start

See what the manual work is actually costing you.

Staff count and weekly request volume — ten minutes on your end, and we'll send back a number most agencies have never seen.
